Trendline needed a clear way to explain their email process to clients. Rather than relying on a static PDF, I recommended a short explainer video to make the information more engaging and easier to understand.

I collaborated with the Head of Creative and Head of Quality Assurance to record voiceovers, guiding them to work from a scripted narrative to ensure all key points were covered and to streamline the editing process. I designed the visuals in Illustrator, exported the assets, and animated the final video in After Effects.
