Weekend Wedding Coordination

Every love story is different, every couple is different and every wedding is different.
The following package is completely customizable, based on how the bride and groom envision their wedding experience.

Services included in this package:

• Two consultation meetings with bride and groom (flexible)
  
• Coordinator present at rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception
  
• Create and distribute “day of” timeline, complete with detailed schedule and maps, to vendors and wedding party
  
• Transport supplies to rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception
  
• Work with vendors and manage payment/gratuity process
  
• Coordinate rehearsal dinner
  
• Bring Emergency Wedding Kit on-site
  
• Serve as wedding consultant throughout wedding planning process
  
• Review and negotiate, if necessary, vendor contracts
  
• Assist in wedding day photography “must take” lists
  
• Work with ceremony venue coordinator and florist to implement couple’s decor
  
• Decorate reception venue, putting out couple’s centerpieces, chair covers, place cards, favors, etc
  
• Contact guests who haven’t RSVP'd
  
• Ensure gifts are secure and delivered to bride and groom at appropriate time
• Jenn will serve as your wedding advocate creating the most enjoyable, stress free wedding experience as possible
